PRESTIGE GOURMET is Atlanta’s most refined caterer. Its exquisite food will delight your pallet with every bite.

The variety offered is never ending; from breakfast, corporate lunches to fine dinning seated dinner. Executive Chef Robert Guillou is originally from Nice, France. He is a certified Master Chef from the Monaco Culinary School in 1980. He worked in the most renowned places on the French Riviera (Hotel de Paris, Monaco; La Chèvre d’Or, Eze) before deciding to start an extraordinary carrier in Atlanta. Arriving in Atlanta in 1997, he worked in the most prestigious hotel in Atlanta, The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead as Chef of the Café. He has been noticed throughout the years by Chef Joël Antunes who hired him when he opened his own restaurant in Buckhead.

2001 was the start for this extraordinary three year journey as Executive Chef at Joël Restaurant in Buckhead. As from then, restaurants hired him as consultant and at the same time he created his own catering company, PRESTIGE GOURMET.

 

robert Alain Zemmour, Director of Operations

Born in Paris, France, Alain joined the staff of family owned bistros very early. Managed one of them for many years before starting a 6 years journey around the world to experience the service industry in over 15 countries. Moved to Atlanta in 1994. Worked at Brasserie Lecoze for a few years and at "The Ritz Carlton". he opened his own French Bistro and managed it for over 5 years. He now has joined Prestige Gourmet and long time friend Chef Robert Guillou and will help you plan any special occasion or event with the highest level of expertise.
